1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected data entry people will support to do data entry accurately from the Child Enrollment Forms and MYEC forms into the Sponsorship ASISt application, using SC’s computers.
2. NUMBER OF DATA ENTRY PERSON REQUIRED:
6 people (3 for Child Enrollment and 3 for MYEC)
3. MAIN COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE DATA ENTRY PERSON
- 4th or 5th -year or graduate students with good IT background.
- Experience in Excel and data management
- Being patient, able to work with detailed data and ensure accuracy
4. EXPECTED OUTPUTS
Complete data entry for about 3,500 Child Enrollment Forms and about 15,000 MYEC child profiles.
