Requires education and experience

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences in municipal solid waste management, especially the following topics:
   
   1. Baseline MSW surveys;
   2. Planning and evaluation of MSW management systems;
   3. Developing MSW policies and regulations;
   4. Understanding economic and financial aspects of MSW;
   5. Working with stakeholders across the resource value chain;
2. Understanding of Ha Tinh city;  
3. Experience in preparing high quality written outputs in both Vietnamese and English;
4. Experience in non-government projects is an advantage;
5. Priority is given to local candidates in Ha Tinh province or who has strong connection with local stakeholders.
